Moxli ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the Moxli mobile application ("App"), a productivity and wellness companion that operates entirely on your mobile device with no cloud synchronization or account requirements. Moxli does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, phone number, name, date of birth, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) to use the App. We do not collect, store, or process any PII from you at any point during your use of the App.

2.2 Local Device Data

All data generated through your use of the App is stored exclusively on your mobile device and is never transmitted to our servers, cloud storage, or any third-party services. This locally stored data includes:

Productivity Data: 5-minute micro-tasks, task completion status, target task counts, and progress tracking information related to your vision board goals.
Vision Board Content: Photos you upload to your vision board, goal descriptions, and linked task information.
Mood Journal Data: Mood selections (8 mood types), personal notes, photos associated with mood entries, and timeline data tracking your emotional journey.
App Usage Data (Local Only): Anonymous usage patterns (e.g., feature interaction frequency) stored locally on your device to generate AI-powered task suggestions. This data is never shared or transmitted outside your device.

2.3 Device-Level Information (Optional and Local)

The App may request limited permissions to access device features solely to enable core functionality, and all data accessed is processed locally:

Photo Library: To allow you to upload photos to your vision board and mood journal. We do not access, view, or store your photo library data beyond the specific photos you select for upload to the App.
Storage: To save App data locally on your device. No storage data is transmitted off your device.

You may decline these permissions, though certain features of the App may be limited as a result.

3. How We Use Your Information

Since all App data is stored locally on your device, we do not use, analyze, or monetize your information in any way. The only "use" of your data is to provide the core App functionality directly on your device:

Display your micro-tasks, vision board, and mood journal entries within the App interface;
Generate progress metrics and timeline views based on your completed tasks and mood entries;
Provide AI-powered task suggestions using locally processed usage patterns (no data is sent to external AI servers);
Enable animations and particle effects based on your interaction with App features.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, research, or any other purpose outside of providing the local App experience.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

All App data is stored exclusively on your mobile device in the App's local storage directory. We do not maintain any servers, databases, or cloud storage systems that store your data. You have complete control over your data at all times.

4.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures within the App to protect your local data from unauthorized access:

Local data encryption for sensitive App content;
Secure permission handling in compliance with iOS/Android platform guidelines;
Regular security updates to address potential vulnerabilities.

However, you are responsible for securing your mobile device (e.g., using passcodes, biometric authentication) to prevent unauthorized physical access to your device and App data. We are not liable for data breaches resulting from lost/stolen devices or your failure to secure your device.

4.3 Data Deletion

You may delete your App data at any time:

Within the App: Delete individual tasks, vision board items, or mood journal entries;
Full Data Erasure: Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all locally stored App data.

Since we do not store any of your data on external servers, there is no need to request data deletion from us—you have full control over erasing all App-related data.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your data to any third parties, including:

Advertisers or marketing companies;
Data brokers or analytics firms;
Government entities (unless required by law, as outlined below);
Affiliates, partners, or service providers.

The only exception is if we are required to disclose information by law (e.g., court order, subpoena), but since we do not store any of your data, such disclosure would only be possible if you provide access to your device data to legal authorities.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we comply with COPPA:

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13;
Since no account creation is required and all data is local, we cannot identify the age of App users;
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child under 13 has used the App, they may delete all data by uninstalling the App from the child's device;
